Volvo gives the XC40 Recharge nine exterior color choices: Crystal White, Onyx Black, Thunder Grey, Sage Green, Cloud Blue, Silver Dawn, Bright Dusk, Vapour Grey, and Fjord Blue. The XC40 Recharge is seated in five-seater configuration. The electric SUV sports a 78 kWh battery pack matched to an all-wheel-drive, dual-motor arrangement that produces 408 PS and 660 Nm. Its claimed WLTP-range is 418 km. While its top speed is set at 180 kmh, the XC40 Recharge can travel from nought to 100kmph in 4.9 seconds. Using a 150kW fast charger, the XC40 Rechargeâ€tm battery can be juiced up from 0-80 percent in just 40 minutes. An 11kW AC charger will replenish its battery between 8 and 10 hours; a 50kW DC charger will take about 2.5 hours. Key elements are a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, powered front seats (with heating and cooling capability), a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control and LED headlights.
